Umrah consists of pillars that must be performed in order.
1. Ihram at the miqat. Perform the recommended bath, wear the ihram garment, pray two rak'ah, then make the intention for umrah and recite talbiyah.
2. Tawaf, seven circuits around the Ka'bah beginning at the Black Stone with the Ka'bah on your left.
3. Two rak'ah behind Maqam Ibrahim if possible, then drink zamzam water.
4. Sa'i, seven passages between Safa and Marwah, starting at Safa and ending at Marwah.
5. Tahallul, trimming the hair. With this the umrah is complete and ihram restrictions are lifted.
While in ihram, avoid prohibitions such as wearing fragrance, cutting nails or hair, and quarrelling.
